Brock Lesnar's Debut: Bank or Bust

One of the things that I enjoyed from Japanese MMA was the spectacles they put on. Not like Hong Man Choi and Fedor's recent bout, because he is one of the best and should be fighting the best, but whats wrong with an ex-pro wrestler coming into MMA's biggest hodown? If he does well it doesnt dicredit the sport any because he is an accomplished athelete. If he doesnt do well, then he wont be the first to flop in the big show. The idea that MMA is like the the ancient Gladiator days in a modern world is one that I like to entertain. Being that type of environment is entertainment at its finest, pitting one man's skills and background against another's martial art. Thats what drew people to the first UFC contests, and will continue to drw to the sport. I am in no way saying that one should come into the UFC with no formal training in MMA like in the old days of course. I for one had never heard of Brock Lesnar up until his forray into Mixed Martial Arts, as I havent watched "Pro" Wrestling since I was ten years old, but I say who cares if Brock Came from that background, all the more entertaining for us.

Cheers

P.s.
Please no WWF style pre fight interviews with steriod bulging veins popping out and spit all over the camera lens!!
