Malinaggi Keeps Junior Welterweight Title

Paulie "Majic Man" Malinaggi kept his title in a hard fought decision against his Cameroonian challanger. It was a much closer fight than the juges scorecards show. The challenger, who normally fights on the inside, suprised Paulie by winning in a good portion of the outside exchanges. The champion did enough to make his first title defense a sucessful one, but wasnt the same flashy fighter he was to win the title. With this win Malinaggi is rumored to be facing the recently bested Rickky "the hitman" Hatton. It what is an exciting match-up to say the least.
