Legendary Ruining Back Hershel Walker just signed a multi-fight contract with San Jose based promotion Strikeforce. Walker is working with The American Kickboxing Academy in California alongside the likes of Cain Velasquez, John Fitch, and more. Walker is 47 years old, and it's hard to imagine him accomplishing much in his MMA career starting at such an advanced age. He has been training Martial Arts, such as Tae Kwon Do, for a number of years and competing in tournaments while he was active in football, but will it be enough for him to jump into professional Mixed Martial Arts at a high level? Hershel says that he has been training for several years now, and apparently beleives he is ready to make the leap into the Cage.
