Could be no one else but the Chute Boxe phenom, Cristiane "Cyborg" Santos. Santos won the Strikeforce 145lb Woman's Champion with a drubbing of the muay thai beauty Gina Carano. Cyborg has just one loss on her record, a leg-lock submission in her pro debut, and has battered every opponent in the cage/ring since. Aside from her trouble making weight, no other female mixed martial artist has come close to achieving the notoriety and success that Santos has in 2009. With her first title defense against Marloes Coenen in January and a proposed deal to pose for Playboy magazine sometime next year you can look forward to seeing a lot more of Cyborg in 2010, literally!
