Mark Muñoz Picks Up Second UFC Win In Preliminary Card Action

 (The Philippine Wrecking Machine)
Mark Muñoz impressed in his third Octagon appearance with a first round stoppage of Ryan Jensen on the under-card of UFC 108.  Muñoz's debut was spoiled courtesy of a nasty head kick from Matt Hamill that sent his consciousness seaworthy. The standout wrestler, and all around good guy, picked up a decision win in his second UFC appearance which was his first at Middleweight. Now that he has dropped to a more natural weight and been matched with some decent mid-level competition to develop he should continue his rise in the 185lb division. The rest of the preliminary card results are below:

PRELIMINARY CARD RESULTS
Martin Kampmann def. Jacob Volkmann via submission (guillotine choke) - Round 1, 4:03
Cole Miller def. Dan Lauzon via submission (kimura from inverted triangle) - Round 1, 3:05
Mark Munoz def. Ryan Jensen via submission (punches) - Round 1, 2:30
Jake Ellenberger def. Mike Pyle via TKO (punches) - Round 2, 0:22
Rafaello Oliveira def. John Gunderson via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)
