Promotional Beef Heats up

September 19th is a big night for fight fans as the much anticipated return of Floyd Mayweather Jr goes head to head with UFC 103. The UFC has decided to take a page out of the Affliction playbook and put the undercard for free on cable's Spike TV as a lead in to the Pay-Per-View headlined by Vitor Belfort Vs. Rich Franklin. On the flipside the boxing card promoters have decided to stack the undercard with the rematch of Chris John and Rocky Juarez as well as names Zab Judah and Michael Katsidis. With competition like this it makes no difference who wins out in the ratings because it's the fans who win in the end.
