You can now apply for a boxing or mma license in Nevada if you previously suffered from a cerebral hemorrhage. This can be a catch 22 because we will get to see people like one of my favorites Edwin Valero or "Baby" Joe Mesi fight state side in Nevada. This could be dangerous but I'm all for it let the fighter decide what is right for the fighter not some commission. People will be up in arms about this decision but I don't really care it should be the fighters decision and now the Nevada state athletic commission put it back in the fighters hands. The other important rule change is instant reply this could be good or bad as well it could have helped out Nate Cambell in his fight against Tim Bradley. Lets hope it doesn't get out of control where the refs or corners are stopping the fights every 30 seconds. The fighters want to keep their sweats and they also want to prove themselves in the ring. I'm not sure what I think about this one yet, either way you be the judge.
