Mackens Semerzier coming off of a big submission win over Wagney Fabiano in his last WEC performance looked to make it two in a row in this bout against IFL vet Deividas Taurosevicius, but Deividas had pans of his own. Taurosevicius controlled the first two rounds with superior position after multiple takedowns in both rounds to give him a comfortable lead going into the third. The last round Mackens came back to out strike and control the ground and pound game, but it was too little too late. The judges all scored it for Taurosevicius as he brings home a unanimous decision victory.
